Photos and Description of the Annapolis vacation townhome rental Town House, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 1.5+ Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Completely updated Town House, new air conditioning/heating/electric, new kitchen. Enclosed back patio with a new gas grill. Located just 2 1/2 miles from the Navel Academy entrance and down town Annapolis. (One mile and half from the Navy Football stadium.) Easy to get to, exit 24 (Navel Academy) off Route 50. Home has majestic views of the Severn River just 1.5 miles, by water, from the Navel Academy and Annapolis Harbor. Our home is on the Academy side. Very quiet neighborhood, tall trees, beautiful setting, looking out on the water and also Olympic size heated pool.
