Arrowhead Lake is the perfect spot for family vacations as well as a romantic getaway. There are 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 pools, Basketball & tennis courts, playgrounds, tubing & sledding on site. Our house is well maintained & immaculate. It is just a hop, skip & jump to the Minisink pool in summertime. You can enjoy the Minisink Pool located directly behind our house. You will enjoy nature thru the security of the screen room. In winter there is a cozy fireplace to snuggle by. The deck in front is perfect for deer gazing. We are minutes away from Camelback, Big Boulder, Split Rock & Mt. Airy Ski Resorts. Also Camel Beach & H2ooohh waterparks. Close to restaurants, golf, hiking, shooting ranges, Casinos, Outlet Shopping & many more Pocono attractions. There is something for everyone!

Rental Rules: We require a refundable security deposit which will be returned within 45 days of rental after property is inspected if there are no problems. There is also a cleaning fee. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. And tenants shall provide bed linens & towels. Arrowhead Lake is a gated community and requires renters over the age of 6 to purchase amenity badges from Memorial thru Labor Day for use of the lakes & pools. Weekly/Daily badges are per person. Renters must also purchase a gate pass per vehicle to gain access to the community.

My husband and I are considering a vacation home in the Poconos and we stumbled on Arrowhead Lakes. We wanted to stay there to get a feel for the area and I found this home. The owners are incredibly nice and gracious people. Marianne in particular is a lovely woman to deal with. The home is in a terrific location. My three sons loved the Minisink pool, literally around the corner from the house. We would go back and forth 2-3x a day! It is very easy to get comfortable while staying in the home. We rented it twice in 6 weeks, and we will certainly rent with them again. I can't say enough. The house is so well maintained, you will want to be mindful on how you care for it as a renter. Rent with them... you will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My family and I are glad that this home was our first stay in the Poconos. The place was super cozy and welcoming. And it was more modern and comfortable than the other house my friends stayed at. The communication, transactions, etc between us and the owner were exceptional. Remember to bring your own sheets though :) we will definitely be back!

Love this house! First I would like to say that Marianne was a pleasure to work with. She addressed all questions and concerns in a timely matter. The house is clean, comfortable enough for three two year olds and six adults. We had no problem settling quickly into this house. The playground around the corner was perfect for the kids and was visited by us daily. The screened porch was the perfect spot to eat dinner and we even got to see a family a deer grazing through one night while we ate. I look forward to many more wonderful vacations here!

My family of 5 stayed (2 older kids stayed home) at this home away from home. I gotta tell you, that this home was not like a vacation home but rather a home away from home. Everything was top notch. All furniture was of quality. Log king bed in the master, was what I have in my home and I even dreamt I was in my own home!! That's saying alot! Superb washer and dryer set. TV's were top of the line. The screened in room was a great hit w/ my 2 boys. Loved to play w/ their toys there and able to leave them there as long as they wanted, everything was safe. The pools and beaches were awesome, very secure and safe. Even though we had a warm week the chalet was cool w/ all the ceiling fans. Kept us all cool and comfy and there was no fan noise. (if you know what I mean) This vacation rental was top notch, I've rentad quite a few homes in various states and this was clean ,kept and comfy and the cost was very reasonable. Kudos to you and your home!!

2nd time around and even better!

This is our 2nd time renting this home. This is the best house we have rented in Lake Arrowhead. Plenty of room for two couples and one 10 year old. The place in immaculate. We love this house. My daughter loves it too. The screen porch off the back is the best. You get your money's worth from this home. This house is very warm and cozy. It is walking distance from the Minisink pool which is really great. The house is very private with nice woods around it. Love it! Can't wait to rent it again.
