This is a beautiful bay front getaway with all the amenities! This 3 bedroom + home sits on about 1 acre and has plenty of room for parking out front and a huge backyard. The yard is accompanied by a fully caged pool and spa, private dock, open landing for a canoe or kayak, outside shower and enough open space to play horseshoes or just layout and enjoy the sun. If you wanna take a break from the sun you can play cards, look out over the inner coastal, or just relax under the fans in our spacious screened in porch. Your private beach is only a short walk across the street where you can enjoy the opportunity to view amazing sunsets, swim, gather tons of historic sharks teeth and whalebone, and even watch sea turtles as they hatch and run towards the water! The house has three bedrooms plus a den and family room which is all newly furnished There is a 1 month minimum lease.
