Prime location in secure gated community. Second floor unit with cathedral ceilings. Eat in Kitchen with double ovens. 150 yard walk to Waterbend pool. Screened lanai has seating for 6 at table. Master bedroom has king and guest room has 2 twin beds. Walk in closet in master bedroom and 2 closets in guest room. Den has doors and pull out bed for additional sleeping. Unit has just been painted and new carpet installed. Washer and dryer are in the 1 car garage.
