This is a charming villa in the South of France, with big pool and beautiful garden, in a romantic, Provencal village with approx. 5000 inhabitants, at 240 m, between the sea and the mountains, and only 20 minutes by car from the airport n Nice. You can find the most beautiful golf courses in the neighbourhood. The villa has about 200 m² on 2 floors and it is completely equipped. There is an inner and an outdoor fireplace, and a big balcony. The climate is mild, up to 20° until January. There are 2 restaurants and groceries in the village. 2 supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

La Gaude is a romantic, Provencal village, 8 km from the coast (Nice and Cannes are approx. 12 km away), and it offers something for all tastes. There are shopping facilities and restaurants in the village. A car would be important if you want to make trips in the neighbourhood (Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, are only a 15 minute drive away over the highway, and you can reach the mountains as fast.) All the water sports are possible. There are best shopping facilities in the neighbourhood.

  • The first part of the rental rate needs to be paid when you sign the rental contract, and the second half, 1 month before the beginning of your stay. The security deposit of 500 Euros for possible damages can be paid through check for deposit, and will be paid back if there are no damages and after we calculate possible costs for the telephone. The rental rate needs to be paid through bank transfer. The bank account number will be mentioned once we send you the rental contract.
  • Final cleaning: 150 Euros.

Notes: The house is completely and generously equipped, with everything you might need. There is a trustworthy chamber maid for the final cleaning and the cleaning during your stay, if you stay longer. Hervee is there to help you with any technical problems you have. You can also use the southern oriented garden with orange and lemon trees. In front of the house and in the garage, there is parking place for 3 cars. The village has a good Provencal restaurant and a small pizza place. There is a grocery store in the vicinity. 2 supermarkets can be reached within only 5 minutes by car.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, sehr persönlicher Stil, sauber mit allen Komponenten, die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Garten sehr gepflegt, Pool in ständiger fachmännischer Überwachung, direkte geographische Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung.
