Additional office space with built in desk and shelves, California closet, and additional clothing closet. Electric heat (baseboards) and hot water, UTILITIES INCLUDED up to $100/month. Cable TV/Wi-Fi included. Shared roof deck with views of city and ocean. Walk to all the best Italian restaurants and to the Boston Harbor waterfront, Fanueil Hall, and Downtown. Quiet 2-way street with permit parking; many parking lots and garages nearby on Commercial St. 5 minute walk to T (Haymarket or North Station). Short term or long-term possible; 1 month security deposit required. Sorry, no pets, no smoking.

Dine at Boston's best Italian restaurants, visit cafes and pastry shops, convenient to public transportation (Haymarket or North Station subway) and the bike trail into Cambridge. The North End contains several historical landmarks, including the home of Paul Revere and Old North Church. Nearby attractions include the New England Aquarium, Boston Garden, Fanueil Hall, Haymarket (a giant outdoor food market on weekends), the Museum of Science, MIT, Downtown Crossing, Beacon Hill, and the Boston Common.
