A nice private home is better than a condo/hotel.

We read the reviews before deciding to take this home for our two week vacation and we're glad we did. We almost took it last year but decided on another home nearby which was a little dissapointing. It didn't look like the pictures and was smaller than we had thought so we were happy this home was available this year.
The owners leave a very informative information sheet with the Wi-Fi Code, day of trash pick up, where things were, and all we needed to just start our vacation. There was ice in the freezer, plenty of fresh towels, hand towels, wash clothes, soaps, paper towels, tissues, and so on.
They called to make sure we were checked in and had everything then let us enjoy the home in private. We called them once to ask about recommendations for restaurants in Siesta Village and that was it. We heard from them the afternoon we checked out to see if we had enjoyed our stay. Yes, and we'll be returning.
The village can be crowded so we walked there often. Very convenient. My son and daughter used the bikes almost every day. This was a pleasant vacation. The home is kept very well and the yard was nice and peaceful, but close to it all. We prefer to be away from the bustle while located for easy access so this was the perfect spot. Thanks to the owners and we hope to come back to Siesta Key soon. Michele and Bernard V.

We try to give everyone privacy while making ourselves accessible for questions or special requests they may have. Making this home a vacation rental has been a good experience for us and we continue to try to improve our service.
