This nearly new 3400 square feet 5 bedroom townhome is located in the heart of Park City, Utah home of the 2002 Winter Olympics and just minutes from three world class ski resorts. The perfect spot for relaxing by a fire after hitting the slopes or catching all the Sundance films. Spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light and open kitchen including granite countertops and bar seating. The inside is fabulous but the location is over the Top. Private, surrounded by trees yet walking distance to local free bus route. No fighting for parking here! And if you visit in the summer (Nothing Like Park City Summers!!). We are steps away from a fabulous trails system and the 26 mile rail trail. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day of skiing, riding or hiking. Enjoy large 160 DVD collection (kid friendly) and a Wii game station. Adjacent open space provides access to snow shoeing and sledding (Snow Shoes and Sleds provided for your use in the garage).

Notes: 2 Car Garage with additional spaces outside. Spectacular private deck with outdoor dining area for summer renters and great open space views. We have 3 kids so we like when Families stay here. 160 DVDs (Kid Friendly) provided as well as a Wii game station. Sleds and snow shoes available in garage for winter activities on the adjacent trails. Private Hot Tub new June 2009 on deck cleaned 2 times weekly while rented and after each rental use
