Pebble Creek offers terrific leisure amenities with two (2) pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Short walk to beach tram where golf carts will take you to the private beach restaurants (Sandpiper, Sandbar and Sunset Cafe)... no need to drive to the beach. One of the most sought after gated communities in Pelican Bay. Enjoy world class shopping, dining, sunsets and of course... a world class beach with private restaurant service, available to all renters, all within a short distance. Tennis, spa and exercise classes are available for all guests. Built in 1994, the unit is tastefully decorated, bright and spacious (1,450 sf w/ 9' ceilings) offering fresh linens and beach towels. Both bedrooms provide full baths. The master bedroom has two (2) full beds while the 2nd bedroom has one (1) queen size bed. Gorgeous west facing lake view (with fountains).
