About our house:
This house has a lot of small character that makes it cozy and brings out the calmness and relaxation in you.
A two bedrooms, two full bath, a kitchen with sitting area and sofa bed ,open dinning room, lanai with sofa bed and siting area, a living room, a drive way for two cars, two cable TVs , VCR, DVD. The most relaxing part of the house is the back yard where you sit back relax and watch the birds fly away and dive into the water
and fly fish as they jump in and out of the water.
We are a walk away from the most beautiful natural warm '87' ' water temperature all year round spring.
Most people exercise daily by doing power walking and swimming. Two major Golf courses are within fifteen minutes drive. If you enjoy the sea, the most beautiful beaches are twenty minute drive .
We are exactly one hour from Tampa, one and a half our from Disney, forty minutes from Fort Myers Airport.
We are surrounded by airport, Fort Myers, Tampa, Sarasota all within one hour drive and less.
Geographically we are centrally located between North and south of Sarasota County.
