'The Monterey' is a 1930's Classic California Spanish Architecture with a center fountain that was completely remodeled in 2006. My home is on the second floor with no one above, has a great ocean breeze, great light, completely furnished, high quality stereo and TV equipment. Walking distance to one of the top ten beach's in American. 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Grocery store is less then a minute walk. 10 minutes from Airport. 5 minutes to downtown San Diego. 10 minutes to Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy and Fashion Valley for Shopping. 30 minutes to Del Mar and 20 minutes to LaJolla.
