Outstanding beach house - outstanding courteous owners

We have rented a beach house in Ocean Lakes for the last 9 years now. We have rented a different house every year - some better than others. Ocean Lakes is always our favorite vacation location, because of all the activities on the property and right outside the property.
This house was very clean and spacious. The first week we had a total of 14 people at the house, and still had room for a few more. The second week we only had 4, so we didn't use the upstairs.
The kitchen, dining and living room area was large enough to accomodate our crowd. The patio furniture on the desk was nice quality and there was enough of it for our whole family to dine together on the deck.
What make this property so much different than a few of the other nice homes we have rented, is that the owners were so friendly and helpful. They made every detail of our trip a pleasant experience. We will certainly be staying in the property each summer that it is available for us to rent.
