Small complex on Cottage St, with parking, garden, bike racks, BBQ, laundry, heated pool and jacuzzi. One block from the bay beach, three blocks from Herring Cove/gay beach/bike trails, one block from Boatslip/center of town. Cable large screen TV, outside deck overlooking pool, inside and outside dining areas. One block from tennis courts, one block from bike rental facility Condo available for three weeks only in 2010, 8/14 (Carnival Week), 8/21, 8/28 (includes Labor Day). Discounts available for multiple week rentals. 50% required with signed rental agreement; balance due, plus $500 cleaning deposit, within 60 days of rental date.
