Our Vacation House will appeal especially to those nature lovers who want peace, calm and privacy combined with incomparable panoramas and the ability to take many day trips to historic cities. Just ten kilometers from the medieval hill town of Assisi, the Vacation House owned and worked by the Morbidelli family for two generations, offers both a unique glimpse of Italian rural life and comfortable base from which guests can visit the famed nearby towns of Umbria, Tuscany and the Marches including Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, S.Gimignano, Cortona, Rome, and Urbino and natural sights including Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Waterfall and the Sibilline Mountain National Park.

Large Apartment details:
The Large Apartment is approximately 250 sqm and can accommodate 10 persons comfortably. It is composed from a Large Living Room with Fireplace, a Dining Room, a Kitchen, Four Bedrooms, Three Bathrooms, a Large Entrance Hall, a Large terrace, a Balcony and an Entrance Porch. The house is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, television set, radio. There is a washing machine in common for two portions of the Vacation House for rent. The final cleaning cost 40 Euros. The price doesn't include the supply of the sheets and towels (10 euro/people for the entire period) and the winter heating (on the base of consume). Possibility of renting for weekends, please contact us to ask for prices. The swimming pool measure 9m x 5m (deep of water = 1.2 m. everywhere); open in the period may 8th-Sept 18th, 2010.

Please consider also the following naturalistic sites: Marmore Falls (90 Km), Trasimeno Lake (30), park of the Sibylline Mountains (50). In every period of the year there are very interesting festival in the area (Umbria Jazz, Perugia at July; Eurochocolate, Perugia at October; Trasimeno Blues, Trasimeno Lake at December-January, ...)
