Built in 2008, Villa Surabaya is conveniently located on the hills of Sosua in Panorama Village, a very exclusive gated community. You can enjoy our spacious sun-bathed living-room or one of the 5 double bedrooms. Just dive in our swimming pool (60m2/550sqft) and relax in one of 3 hydro massaging showers. Rattan/banana leaf furniture gives a modern tropical feeling at the place. It will feel just like home with all the modern appliances including flat screen TV and dishwasher.

We strive on being as 'green' as possible. The Villa is equipped with many energy saving devices such as Solar powered pump/filter for the pool, 14 Solar photovoltaic panels, Solar Hybrid AC's, solar generated hot water, low energy light bulbs. Reduce your vacation carbon footprint!!!

Just let us know if you need other services like Cook, maid or car rental. We can organize it (additional fee applies).

Car: recommended

DR North coast (also know as Amber coats) is really attractive. We lived there 2 years and it was one of our best experiences. Sosua is a very well know vacation spot with a spectacular bay were you can snorkel in the middle of corals and colorful fishes. There plenty of very nice local artifacts to choose from. Cabarete is just 20 minutes away and a renowned wind-surfing and kite-surfing spot. Beach restaurant are very nice and offer all kind of flavors. Puerto Plata (30 minutes) is the biggest city of the North Coast. The historical center and the seafront are worth a visit. Also located there, Ocean world, an aquatic park were you can even swim with dolphins. Jarabacoa (2h30) is a bit further inside the island but offers adventure for the rafting, canoeing and extreme sports lovers.

This is a gorgeous house in one of the safest and most private spots in all of Sosua. It is meticulously clean and well kept. The backyard is terrific and the views are amazing. Both the owner and property manager are great to deal with. You will need to rent a car to get around. I would return anytime, and I would highly recommend this property to others.

i literally just got back on Sunday and i miss the villa and pool soooooooooooo much.

it really felt like home and everyone was kind and courteous.

you do need a car for sure when staying at the villa but once you are out of the gates you have access to pretty much everything.

can't wait to go back to DR...this was my 2nd trip in a few months.

a villa is the way to go for sure!! addictive!!
