Only a short walk from Childs Park’s Deer Leap Falls, The Chalet feels like a treehouse nestled in the Hemlocks...From the elevated hot tub on the deck, spectacular views of the Forest will make you forget the workaday world you left behind. The living area on the first floor includes a convenient gas fireplace, flat-screen television with cable, WIFI, and a kitchen with an island and a dining area. The downstairs retro game room features a foosball table, a stand-up MegaTouch arcade game with 40 plus games. A 36” TV is equipped with DVD player plus an Atari game system with over 100 games. The area abounds with wildlife, breathtaking foliage in the fall, amazing snowy landscapes in the winter, and lush greenery in the spring and summer. Immediately adjacent to the property is famous Childs Park, where Dingman’s Creek flows over three waterfalls. This cozy house sits on seven acres for a secluded atmosphere, a real sense of getting away from the noise and bustle of civilization.
