While enjoying your beach vacation, you’ll find that our large windows and glass doors in every room allow you to see and hear the surf while you dine inside or relax in the bedroom or living room with a book. No matter what room you’re in or deck you are on, when you look west or north, all you see is the unrestricted panoramic views of beach, the aqua gulf waters, majestic white sand dunes covered in waving sea oats, dolphins in the surf, and then way off a long ¼ mile in the distance to the north, you will finally see a few other homes. 2 large Gulf Front King Bedrooms with private decks perfect for two couples that travel together, yet want their own private space for alone time; - and a third bedroom with new bunk beds and a separate new trundle bed sleeps 4 additional guest, allowing to comfortably sleep 8 in total without forcing someone in vacationing families to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed. It also has a well-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, all bed and bath linen are brand new for 2008 and it received many new upgrades in late 2007 in preparation of the 2008 rental season.
For your convenience, the townhome offers free wireless internet and free long distance service so you can easily check in at home or enjoy a working vacation. A very large community pool is also just a few steps away, as well as a playground area for the little ones. Our small community is also gated and is the last home at the end of a quiet street, eliminating parents concerns about traffic.
