This large home (just shy of 3000 sq ') sits directly on nearly 150ft of water with navigable access to the intercoastal & ocean. Huge, multi layered deck overlooks the water so you can enjoy the relaxing sunsets each evening. In addition, the yard gives way to the boat dock on which you can fish or paddle over to the sandbar for a swim. You can even launch your own kayaks/canoes from the dock.. The beach is just a block away and is one of the primary surfing spots in this area & there is a view of the ocean from the home! At the beach you can enjoy a picnic on the sand and watch local surfers ride waves! There is a public boat ramp around the corner from the the home where you can easily access a launching point for your own personal watercraft. Local restaurants and bars are just a short drive down A1A in either direction. Marineland is about 2-3 miles South and St. Augustine a 15-20 minute drive down scenic A1A. This is a large, comfortable home in which to enjoy your vacation!

Notes: We provide beach chairs, all linens and towels, plates, silverware and cooking utensils, pots and pans, a limited amount of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. The game room has a ping pong table and its own half bathroom. The dinning room and living room have beautiful views overlooking the water with double doors that open onto the large wooden deck. The deck has 10 relaxing chairs plus 4 more chairs around the patio table. The table includes a canvas umbrella which can be removed at your option. The deck over looks the water and leads down to the dock. The dock has 2 levels. The upper has built in benches sitting right over the water with a ramp leading to the lower floating dock on the intercoastal water way. It is a wonderful place to sit and fish, read, or just enjoy the sunset from!
