From the unit's entry to the wrap-around lanai, you will see the beauty this unit offers. The two bedroom condominium is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. and has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The master bedroom adjoins a bath with double sinks, built-in cabinets and walk-in closet.

About The Owner

My husband and I lived in Northwest Missouri for 38 years. When he retired we began spending our winters in Southwest Florida. We found ourselves dreading the end of the "snowbird" season each year, so in November, 2008 we made a permanent move to the area. We are very happy with our decision and our children and grandchildren think spending Christmas with a decorated palm tree quite unique.

Why The Owner chose Perry - Dekle Beach

Both of our families vacationed in Southwest Florida when we were children. When we were able to invest in a second home we naturally chose the same area. This particular unit was attractive to us because it is just across the street from the Gulf beach and with the west facing lanai, we have glorious sunset views every evening.

What makes this condo unique

The water, sunsets and the comfort of the condominium made our time there relaxing and most enjoyable. The association offers social activities and a library is available in the club house. The beautiful landscaping around the complex makes everything a delight to the eye.
