The home is well over 5500 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms plus a study and two additional living areas – A large great room open to the kitchen, overlooking the huge park-like backyard, and a game room, upstairs. There is are two king beds, two queens, a twin and full in one room, and a sofa sleeper. It features a full chef’s kitchen with 6 burner gas cook top, 48 inch built-refrigerator microwave, warming drawer and 30 inch oven.
It also has a full catering kitchen, complete with double ovens a second dishwasher, cook top and sink. This house is perfect for relaxation and gatherings for families and small, quite groups, as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Sorry, but due to neighborhood restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, large parties, or groups that need the freedom to 'party' without noise/activity restrictions.

Barton Creek Resort and Spa is about 10 minutes away with 4 PGA-Class Courses. There are multiple other golf courses within 15 to 20 minutes of the house - Austin Country Club, Austin Golf Club, Falconhead Gold Club, Lost Creek Country Club and Spanish Oaks Golf Club. River Place Country Club is about 30 minutes away.
