Located in a highly desirable ski base community, our spacious 1980 sf foot luxury 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2-level townhome with soaring tongue & groove cathedral ceilings and lots of windows is within walking distance of the resort, the ski lifts and the Fraser River Trail. Ski-in in the winter! The upper level hosts the great room with fireplace, Flat Screen TV w/ cable, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.The King Master Suite and Master Bath, with large soaker tub, double sinks and a walk-in glass & tile shower complete the upper level. The ground level features two Queen bedrooms bedrooms and a full bath. A tiled entry foyer with closet, boot bench & coat rack and laundry room with full size washer, dryer & cleaning supplies complete this level. 1 car heated garage & parking for 1 addl vehicle in the driveway.
