There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is ceramic tile, carpet and ceiling fans throughout. Color TV's are in both the master bedroom and living room. Beautifully furnished and complete with all the amenities of Burnt Store Marina. Beautifully decorator furnished third floor unit with spectacular sunset views over Charlotte Harbor. There is Assigned parking, Community Heated pool, Community spa, elevator Burnt Store Marina & Country Club is a gated community on Charlotte Harbor near the Gulf of Mexico. 526 slip deep water marina, dry storage, waterfront restaurant and lounge, 27 hole golf course & clubhouse, athletic club with lighted tennis courts.
