This Bartlett vacation home has just been completed summer of 2009. A beautiful 2 story home with amazing views of Attitash ski mountain (less than 2 miles away), farmers porch with a wrap around full deck to enjoy barbecuing or just relaxing looking at the picturesque mountains or stars. 3 large bedrooms with 1 of them being the kids bunk room (sleeps 4 kids) is spacious for all. Top of the line amenities and new appliances, an open floor plan allows for kitchen/dining/living room interaction, great for families and friends. The living room has a wonderful cozy gas fireplace and large windows overlooking the scenic views for those romantic getaway couples. Everything is close by (10 minutes or less) including the Saco River, Attitash, Storyland, great restaurants, Diana's Baths, Cathedral Ledge, North Conway village, just to name a few! Perfect for getaway shopping sprees at Conway outlets (Settler's Green) only 15 minutes away!

I recently stayed at this home and I had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Very close to Attitash, Storyland, Settler's Green, etc. Also very close to restaurants such as the Red Parka and Moat Mountain Brewery. I would definitely stay at this rental property again no doubt about it. Don't bother to look at any other properties as this was the best.

Great Getaway

This place rocks! We went up to NH kinda last minute with another family. This place had plenty of room for us to all enjoy labor day weekend without being all over each other. The house is new and clean. very comfortable. We were literally 5 minutes from Conway, Storyland and Attitash Mtn. After a quick early morning walk I found a nearby river that the kids loved splashing around in during our down time. I was looking for quiet and convienient and that is what I got. I wish I could think of something to complain about........but I cant, I'll be back!

my husband and i had a wonderful trip, we love the white mountain area and visit often, this was our first stay at this home, it was great, everything was brand new, clean, and fully stocked. coffee in the morning or sunsets in the evening on the deck and farmers porch were fabulous, the rooms were spacious and we had our 3 grandchildren with us so the bunk room was a hit, plenty to do in the area, the owners were very helpful in telling us how everything works in the house as well as tips on what to do and where to visit, we did cathedral ledge, dianas baths, attitash, jackson village, lickety splits & trails end ice cream, walked the neighborhood, and hiked the back yard! great location, great house, great time!

Great Home for a NH Getaway!

We had a great vacation! We stayed with one other family. Everything was new and clean. We each had our own room, and the kids room with the 2 sets of bunk beds worked out great. The kids loved being able to stay all together. The deck was a great place to relax. We had a great time going to a nearby swimming hole. The kids loved swimming in the river and jumping off the rocks. The house is just minutes from Attitash and North Conway. It was a relaxing getaway. We'd love to go back!

We've rented several condos, but staying at this house was definitely the way to go - lots of space, a mountain in your backyard, great privacy and very convenient to all of the North Conway area attractions. The house is everything the owner says it is - the 3 bathrooms were a big plus for all of us. We got good use out of the gas grill and picnic table on the deck, too. The owner was very helpful and informative, very easy to deal with. We had the vacation we had hoped for! We'll be back.
