Rustic 500 Sq Ft cabin with wood stove, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, outside fireplace, Cable TV, electric heat, front porch overlooking huge valley. Private and outside of town. Available dog kennel (10x10) set up for renters. No Dog House in kennel. Cabin is totally furnished and includes all dishes, towels, blankets, etc... Need 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter --

We are 4.5 miles South on Hwy 84 from Pagosa Springs CO. Elevation is 7600 close to San Juan Mountains. Activities include snow skiing, hunting, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, hot springs. Only 24 miles from Wolf Creek Ski area. Fly Fishing in the San Juan River and Trout, Bass, etc.. in area lakes. When you take Terry Robinson Rd off Hwy 84 going North (at Windsor on the Shire (B & B) you will go about 2 miles on Terry Robinson. Come into the cattle guard / white fence marked 'private'. We are the 2nd drive to your left past the white fence on private property.
