Magnificent newly renovated single-story Mediterranean villa 5 min walk to the beach, 5 km from Monaco and 10 km from Nice, Ideally located to explore the Riviera. The large living room 60 m2 with wood fireplace opens onto the 2 large private terraces, perfect for romantic dining while enjoying the spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Excellent piano and two comfortable leather sofas form a relaxing conversation area near the arched windows overlooking the sea. Spacious dining room also with sea views, has a wood and wrought iron table seating ten. Ideally accommodating three couples, each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom. (2 King , 1 Queen bed). Open Kitchen. Air conditioning, garden, outside furniture. Barbecue and lounge chairs for relaxing and dining alfresco. Fenced, very private, security system/camera. Garage.
