Take a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony, as well as activity on the water such as fishing, jet skiing, sailing, wind surfing and para-sailing. After leaving our back door you are a short walk to the path that leads to the beach, which is only a few hundred feet, then turn right and you are in the Delnor-Wiggins state park. The park has many service buildings offering bath rooms and changing rooms. Outside grills are also provided. Our building is located in a gated community situated on a peninsula, so no noisy traffic. The area offers many restaurants both casual and upscale, shopping malls, shopping centers with all of your popular brands, jewelry, golf, sports etc. To confirm a reservation a payment of 50% must be received. The deposit is refundable only if notice is given 8 weeks prior to the arrival date and re-rental of space reserved.
