Very modern and luxurious. Master bedroom has King size bed w/luxury linens (used in the Ritz Carlton Spas) TV with DVD, 8 foot sliding doors that open completely to a screen-in patio room. Bathroom has Italian marble on the counter and surrounding the jacuzzi tub. New cabinets. Living Room is large with 8 foot sliding glass doors that open to a screened patio, other end opens to the kitchen which also has 8 ft sliding glass doors that open to another screened patio. You get a wonderful breeze when you open both ends. 35 inch flat screen TV, DVD, cable, new furniture, 9 piece sectional which can be arranged for additional sleeping. Kitchen has all new cabinets and top end appliances, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with Ice maker, 18 inch tile and concrete counter tops. There are 2 lanai; one on each end of the unit, one on the back opens to the master bedroom and Living Room and has a large Bar B Q grill for cooking.

We are on Estero Island now renamed Fort Myers Beach, just a few short steps to the white sugar sand beach down our private beach access. There is trolley service at the end of our street for .50 cents that will take you to time square or any of the local restaurants, grocery stores or shopping. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is fishing, swimming, shelling, golfing, kayaking, bicycling, bowling, spas, theaters, movies and pretty much anything else you would like within our area.
