Jay Peak Slopeslide Lodging. A warm welcome to the Tram Haus. Our five-year old grandson, Liam, named our condo several years ago after watching the tram travel up and down to the peak. In the three and a half years we have owned the condo we have made many changes in the décor and ‘feel’ of the place. New wall to wall carpeting; new hearth; cozy yellow paint in the living room, dining room, and hall; new, more modern kitchen counter top with a breakfast bar; new refrigerator, range, and microwave; and added some decorative touches as well with ski posters and other wall and window hangings. Now the exterior of the condo has been redone, including all new windows and doors, to give an updated look which matches the rest of the homes and townhouses at Jay.

Daily childcare, movies and evening activities make Jay a mecca for families and friends.

Tram Haus: Our grandson named it The Tram Haus. Our cozy newly decorated condo offers two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with twins. A fold out sofa in the living room provides sleeping comfort for two more. Located overlooking Queens Highway, it’s only a short run from the front door to the tram house, lodge and beginners area. We’re so close you can make the first tracks on the mountain, then come in for lunch in private comfort. All you need to bring is your own gear and food to cook in our fully outfitted kitchen w/new appliances, cookware, dishes and flatware. TV/DVD, DSL Internet, movies, books and games for entertainment; bed linens, towels, kitchen linens and paper goods all provided for your convenience. Other amenities include private locked ski locker, gas fireplace, and washer & dryer. Sledding, hot tub and rec room in the hotel is a 2 minute walk away.
