Cozy, comfortable and fully furnished Apartment in Santiago Centro

This flat suited us very well - 2 adults and 2 children. And the description is very accurate and owner and manager both very helpful and quick to respond. Concierge was helpful too. It has a great view from the 23rd floor - our children are 10 and 12 years but I would be concerned with much younger children opening the windows ...

The apartment was great. It served our needs perfectly, is in a nice tranquilo community, and the doormen were very helpful and nice. Check-in and out was very convenient. It´s close to the metro, grocery, lots of internet cafes, and some night life. This is definitely more of a local barrio with fewer tourists, which helps you to feel more like a local. There is only one heater in the living room that provided some heat, but with the cold temperatures that Santiago has had this winter, definitely bring layers. The shower in the master bedroom is great and provides a lot of hot water. The dishes and kitchen are sufficient for 4 people. Overall, the stay was very nice and we enjoyed our time in the apartment.

The apartment on General Bulnes in Santiago was a great place for us to stay. The owner was so prompt in responding to our every question and need prior to our arrival. Everyone we dealt with while there (from the people at the front desk to the owner's representatives) were kind and very helpful. One example of going "above and beyond": We took our Mac laptop and the connection for the Internet did not work--without us asking, and within 24 hours, we had a special Internet connection for our stay there. The neighborhood is very comfortable to walk around in. We didn't eat anywhere in the neighborhood so don't know about nearby restaurants but there are many places close by to buy groceries. The apartment is small but very adequate (a beautiful view!). The laundry facility (in the basement) is very clean. The only negative about the building is that the elevators are very small and very slow. As a reminder to visitors from the United States: Chilean apartments generally do not have central heating. There is one heater for the whole apartment so pack to be able to bundle up in the apartment if you are visiting in the colder weather months. (They do have adequate blankets in the apartment.)
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience.
