Every year, my family and I seek to find a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC. We always look for a place that is not only spacious enough to accommodate us all with our own personal space, but cozy enough to enjoy each other's company. This was the perfect place for both. This is now our 4th consecutive year staying in different homes in the Catskill mountains, and I can honestly say that although we've stayed in great homes, this is by far the greatest. The space outside and in were wonderful for our young children to play, and even better for adults to enjoy the views while sipping on morning coffee or evening wine. I cannot even imagine how great it would be in the summer. Diane, the property's owner, was so welcoming and accommodating. We were a bit reluctant to stay in a home where the owner was so close, but aside from encountering her shoveling snow one morning (which turned into a very pleasant conversation), we didn't even see her. We strongly recommend you choosing this property. I just hope it's not during our next planned visit :-)
