Perfect place for groups who need 10 bedrooms. From groups of 12 to 28 people, this fun, updated beach rental is affordable, comfortable and newly renovated. Great for the family reunions or any get together! Perfect for any get together from corporate events to sport team lodging, even to small weddings. The Somerset beach rental complex is designed to accommodate larger parties. This 2 building rental beach house was designed for casual gatherings. See the ocean from the front door and spectacular sunsets over Florida's #1 beach-Clearwater. Just 1/2 mile from the Clearwater Hilton you can walk or ride the trolley everywhere. Kid central with fun activities. A maximum of 40 people can gather at once on the grounds. This 10 bedroom beach property is divided into two buildings, the front building with 7 bedrooms and 4 baths, second building with 3 bedrooms 2 baths and courtyard which can be used for gatherings. Courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon spa that functions like a pool.

This 10 bedroom beach property, 6 bath is divided into two buildings, the front building with a seven bedroom and four bathrooms, second building with three bedrooms and two bathroom, and huge court yard in the middle is private with a giant 10 person swim-spa that is 4 feet deep in the deep end.

Newly renovated, the front building is decorated with girls in mind-bright sherbet colors and white furnishings. The more masculine Tommy-Bahama style back house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths a second full kitchen and double living room.

The front and back buildings have their own full kitchen, dining room and family rooms. These two are connected by a courtyard that will fit up to 40 people, perfect for family reunions, receptions and BBQs. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, please see photos on the website. The courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon swim-spa that functions like a pool. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg and the mainland.

The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to Redington Beach. If approved by owner you may rent just one house and have access to the courtyard and spa.

Great House Great Location Great Stay!

I stayed at the Somerset House with my family and we can have quite a hard time finding one property large enough to fit us all. We had a blast on our trip and this house made it all possible. It was close enough that we could walk our kids over to the beach for a day in the sand and at night the adults all enjoyed the enormous hot tub! In fact, the hot tub was so large that the first day we had trouble getting the cover off but their staff was quick to respond and showed us within the hour! We really enjoyed our stay and we were pleased with the ease of the experience. I can see why they have an A+ with the BBB!

Amazing Rental! We Will Be Back!

My family and I came down for a reunion and needed accommidation for 20 guests. Somerset wasthe perfect place! We were just feet from the beach (which was convientent for the older members of our group), and close to pier 60, which the kids all loved! Had a small issue with the hot tub heater, but the staff was quick to come out and fix the problem the same day! The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of the members of our family. We really liked the rooms in the back house being separate from the main house because we put our parents (who are both in their 70's) back there and it gave them a little additional privacy and escape from the rest of the family and the noise that comes with. We are very appriciative for everything you guys provided for us including the pack and play for the children, and will deffinately be booking our next vacation with Beach House FL! Thanks for everything!

Once again, a great time was had by all at BeachHouseFL's big house right near the sand. Room for everyone and totally equiped. Clean, spacious, near everything. We walked everywhere. Will keep coming back!!

Awesome vacation at a great property for large gro

Huge property - we had 10 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Well stocked, super clean and spacious. We hit Busch Gardens, Disney and the beaches were oil free. Pier 60 was a blast with the sunset festival each night. Thanks BeachHouseFL!!! Wonderful service. We will be back!
