This 10 bedroom beach property, 6 bath is divided into two buildings, the front building with a seven bedroom and four bathrooms, second building with three bedrooms and two bathroom, and huge court yard in the middle is private with a giant 10 person swim-spa that is 4 feet deep in the deep end.

Newly renovated, the front building is decorated with girls in mind-bright sherbet colors and white furnishings. The more masculine Tommy-Bahama style back house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths a second full kitchen and double living room.

The front and back buildings have their own full kitchen, dining room and family rooms. These two are connected by a courtyard that will fit up to 30 people, perfect for family reunions, receptions and BBQs. The courtyard is filled with tables and chairs, please see photos on the website. The courtyard also comes with a 2,200 gallon swim-spa that functions like a pool. There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat; we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg and the mainland.
