This house is a spacious, delightful waterfront home with large patio, enormous garden, and dock overlooking the water. Handsome open kitchen with dining area, 14’x 24’ casual dining room with French doors (which open directly onto patio). Cozy living room with fireplace. Central air and heat. Downstairs laundry room with washer and dryer. Sea Breeze is located along the water in Southampton only 20-25 minute walk from Rockaway Ferry Terminal. To access the first of the fabled south shore beaches, one walks overland for 10 minutes to Church Bay. The bus stop is right outside house for trips to town (runs every 15 minutes) or a 5 minute walk to pick up free shuttle for ferry. When you’re inclined to take a stroll, there is easy access to the picturesque Railway Trail (going east or west) close to South Shore beaches and award winning Port Royal golf course. The dock has steps into the water and is a great spot to go for a swim, throw a party, or just ponder the evening sunset.
