This is a fun-filled neighborhood. The apartment is directly across from Fort Tryon Park, with majestic rock walls out your front door. The building is surrounded on 3 sides by parks, 2 blocks from the Henry Hudson River with a marina and restaurants on the water, with gorgeous views of the Palasades and the George Washington Bridge. Local restaurants include the famous New Leaf Cafe in Fort Tryon Park near the Cloisters Museum, as well as Italian, Mexican, Sushi restaurants. The night life is vibrant with live music just a few blocks away. The apartment is surrounded on 3 sides by parks, which provides a refreshing balance to the congestion of downtown.
Just down the street, there are restaurants and bars alive with music. La Marina provides dining on the Hudson River near a sandy beach. The RING Garden, a private garden with carp is at your disposal as well as The Heather Garden in FOrt Tryon Park. Walk to everything- markets, wine shops, farmers market. Biking, bike rentals and kayaking nearby. This place has it all and a wonderful respite from the noise and congestion of downtown, yet only a 20 minute express train ride to Times Square. Go a short ride north to the Bronx Zoo, or the Botanical Gardens. Ten minutes south is the Museum of Natural History. This area is the new fun place to be.

We both enjoy the neighborhood and all NYC has to offer.
Easy access to everything. Parking is free on the streets.The is a garage adjacent to the building. The beach is a short train ride away. The best of everything is in New York City!
Superintendent is on the premises. Night life just around the corner. Fun, with tourist attractions.
The neighborhood is a gem and has a wonderful Hudson River view bar and restaurant called La Marina and great views of the George Washington Bridge. The neighborhood has great restaurants, Starbucks, wine bars, a private garden with carp, library, 24/7 groacery store, subway station 2 blocks from the building. Fort Tryon Park is out your front door which houses the famous Cloisters Museum and gorgeous gardens and views of the Hudson River. There are festivals and theater performances in the parks, as well as hiking trails. You are centrally located between attractions to the north including the Bronx Zoo and the NY Botanical Gardens and the Midtown Theater District, Central Park and the Natural History Museum. The A express train takes you to all of the city's major attractions.
