This luxury 1 Bedroom Villa is among the largest of the 1 bedroom villas on the island with 1100 sq ft of living area and nearly 3000 sq ft of outdoor patio and pool deck area. Completely private, gated and fully screened with louvered windows. Well known popular Honeymoon villa and couples retreat. Outdoor BBQ and wetbar with villa wide IPOD music system.

Enjoy panoramic and breathtaking island views of St. Maarten, St. Barth's, Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis. Expansive covered and open air patios surround and overlook a private pool, caressed by warm tropical trade winds year round. Private gardens full of aromatic tropical plants surround the villa. World class beaches (rated by numerous travel magazines) are just a short drive away. Beaches are quiet and uncrowded with many fun beach bars for lunch. In the evening, countless world class or casual restaurants all just a short car ride from the villa. Villa Manager will meet you at your port of entry, Rental Car is available.

This property was designed for Adults, and is not suited for children.

The romantic and completely private outdoor shower is accessed from the master bathroom. Enjoy a warm shower under the stars as the cool evening breeze refreshes and invigorates you.

Enjoy stunning panoramic views of St. Maarten - St Barth - Statia - St Kitts and Nevis. The Villas 800 sqft 'Crow's Nest' offers 220 degree water views. Enjoy morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or relaxing in the sun or shade. The Crow's Nest offer views that even the locals find spectacular. You will also enjoy water views from pool deck, lanai and interior of villa.

All Guests will be met at the Island port of entry (Blowing Point or Wallblake Airport) by a Villa representative and escorted to the property. Guests will be given a tour and familiarized with the property. Guests will also receive a list of important phone numbers for assistance if required during their visit. A rental car may also await Guests if prior arrangement have been made with the initial booking.

About Owner

The owners currently live near Cape May New Jersey, they have traveled the Caribbean extensively over the last 21 years. Sue owned a Caribbean import business for many years call "Paradise Spice Trading Company". Joe is the Marketing VP for a large international Water Sport company. Sue and Joe fell in love with Anguilla and built Almond Tree Villa as a life's dream. They invite you to share their dream, visit Anguilla, and experience the last of the truly unspoiled islands.

Why Owner chose Anguilla

Built with our customs plans to our specifications, this Villa offers one of the most spectacular "down island views" in the Caribbean. There is virtually no other vantage point on the planet where you can view St. Maarten / St. Martin, St. Barth, Statia, St. Kitts, Nevis and Barbuda all from a single location. Sunrises and sunsets are simply spectacular. The villa captures the trade winds year round and maintains a cool and comfortable living area. The villa has A/C in the Master Bedroom, but it is almost never needed.

Almond Tree Villa is accessible by paved roads making it very easy to come and go. The villa is located 1500 ft. from a small beach. Shoal Bay Beach - which is the most famous beach on the island, is just 4 miles from Almond Tree. Anguillan law prohibits the construction/ownership by non-Anguillans of private villas on the beach. Many villas which state they are 'waterfront' are built on 'Iron Shore' or rock, which is not suitable for swimming, walking or sunbathing. Only hotels and resorts may be constructed on the beach front. Anguillan law provides for access to all beaches and all beaches are public, since there are no private beaches on Anguilla, we recommend that you explore all 33 of them. Food Stores are located on Long Path Rd., less the 5 minute drive from Almond Tree. Many dining options are available in a 5 to 15 minute drive from the villa.

Other Activities: Almond Tree Villa is a Member of the Anguilla Tennis Academy and all guests are entitled to full privileges and court times. Private or Semi private SCUBA Charters available upon request

We had such a good time at the Almond Tree Villa, and in Anguilla! What a great island, and very much just what we wanted and needed. Steven was incredibly helpful, and Jeanette also equally kind and professional. Absolutely no complaints, it was fantastic.
The pool was an especially valuable amenity - perfect for the morning and evenings when you are done with the beach, but still want a swim.

We will absolutely be returning to Anguilla! Booking with you was really easy, and you and your staff so helpful. We are happy to recommend the villa to others.

Hated to return home

We enjoyed our stay at Almond Tree Villa and Anguilla. Beautiful Island - we hate to leave and go home to the snow and cold. Thanks for providing all the extras like beach chairs coolers and beach bags plus many of the thought items in the villa, you have thought of everything. People are very nice here, we hope to return soon.

Our First Visit

This was our first visit to Anguilla, so glad we picked Almond Tree Villa for our stay. We enjoyed your villa, pool and our favorite was the Crow's Nest watching the sunrise with my coffee... I will miss it :(. We explored every beach and back road which is so very fun to do. Take any road and see where you end up!

Wow! My husband and I just returned from our Honeymoon at Almond Tree Villa. We absolutely loved it. The open floor plan is great. The breeze that flows through the villa is wonderful all day long. The private pool is the perfect size and we enjoyed it every day. The view from the Crow's Nest is every bit as wonderful as they described. And the sunset, WOW. The Villa Manager was extremely helpful and checked on us every day to be sure we were enjoying our stay. We rented a car and explored several areas. Our favorite was Rendezvous Bay. BEAUTIFUL! And this time of year is wonderful for going to Anguilla because there are minimal tourists. There is A/C in the bedroom which was nice! We were told the owners plan to build on someday and put in a 2nd bedroom. Well sign us up because we want to bring our family back!
