2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 3 Queen beds plus sofabed, Sleeps 8

We completed a major interior and exterior renovation on this large (1200 sq/ft) two bedroom condo and it is beautiful. The location is perfect - just a short walk on a paved level path to the Quicksilver high speed lift (Peak 9 area) and one block to Main Street in town. Ideal for summer and winter, the condo has a rare sun deck which gets full sun all day. Use the gas grill, dine outside and soak up the sun during sunny weather! It has three queen size beds and a comfortable new sofa bed. The living area can be made private for guests using the sofabed.

We have made this into a cozy upscale Condo for our family to use in the off season. It is a well appointed and comfortable place, one of the nicest two bedroom condos you will find in Breckenridge. All the furniture and decorations, just about everything is new.

This is an ideal central location in Breckenridge which has everything you can imagine to do in the Mountains. You can park the car and leave it, walk to town (one block), shopping, walk to the lifts (150 yards), Hike out the front door. Trailheads to a lake and to the peak are a short walk away, Mountain bike right out of the garage, Free shuttle to everywhere in the resort and in everywhere in town.

Ski: A short walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Ski School on a plowed pedestrian path.

Very pleasant Stay!

The condo is great! Great space, everything we needed we found! The organisation of the booking and arriving was also very good. We were in 3 couples inside de apt, and still was very confortable with 3 beds + sofa and two bathrooms.
I personaly recommend for everyone looking for a nice location in Breckenridge (by the way great Mountain specially for beginners) and a very good cost/benefit condo! By the way, great deal with the 4 Hot tubes + Swimming Pool in the complex...

This was our second stay here and once again we loved it. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. Great location too. We enjoyed walking into town a number of times. We also went hiking on trails which were very close to the condo. When we went horseback riding we were pleasantly suprised to find that the stables were just a mile or so away.

Overall, a great location and a great place to stay... we'll be back!

My family rented the condo from 02/23/2012 through 02/27/2012. The condo was great! The floor plan worked well. The unit was furnished comfortably, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and utensils. The unit was very clean. Most importantly, the condo was conveniently located. An easy walk to everything. I would definately stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was renovated fairly recently, and felt very clean and well taken care of. We absolutely loved the sun deck- what a bonus! This condo is within walking distance to town, so no need to drive anywhere. The beds are a little on the hard side- a warning to soft bed lovers. All in all a great place to stay, and the owners are very nice!

The Family Vacation

The location of the condo is exceptional; walking distance to Maggie's Lake and every great shop in Breck, not to mention one of the main ski lifts. The Condo was emaculate when we arrived and the amenities left nothing to be desired, everything was in great working order. Had not seen my sister and her family for over two years and the condo fit all of us ( 8 people!) with no problem. Needless to say, space was not an issue.

I would recommend this condo to any traveling family who is more interested in enjoying not only Breckenridge, but where they are staying as well.
