Deposits: The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter's name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property. One week after checkout date, the deposit shall be sent back to renter. In case the property has any damage that leads to repair, the deposit may not be fully returned.

Policies : Total rent payment is due in full with the signed agreement if signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, otherwise due two weeks from the check-in date above. Cashier's check, money order and traveler's check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions.

Refunds: Cancellation: If renter cancels reservation, security deposit will be refunded in full only if the cancellation occurs at least two months prior to the check-in date. The security deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation notice reaches owner within a month period prior to check-in date. A written notice is needed in the form of a letter or email. Cancellation occurred within one month of check-in date due to an unexpected health reason is permissible but a doctor's letter is needed to get the full refund.

Golf: If you like a round of golf you'll be in heaven! There are over 20 courses to be found within a 3 to 20 min drive including the award winning southern dunes and champions gate courses.
