Renovated town house in the Sawgrass Country Club close to ocean beach. The unit has a beautiful water to golf view and is located near the community pool. There is an open living / dining area with vaulted ceilings and sliding doors leading to a patio. The den, located off the dining area has a sofa bed and media center with surround sound. There is a powder room on the first floor off the entrance way. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor. Conveniently located to downtown Jacksonville and just minutes from MAYO CLINIC and near the home of the TPC (Tournament Players Club) Golf Tournament, which takes every year in May. The course is available to the public for a fee.

Golf, beach and lazy days in the sun: You can have it all at this lovely renovated condominium with water to golf views in a gated community. The unit is conveniently located to golf and tennis, as well as ocean beaches.

Food, food, food.........: Ponte Vedra Beach features many fine restaurants, from gourmet to casual. You can dine in style or enjoy crabs at Joe's Crab House overlooking the beach. There are many markets in the area such as Fresh Market, if you feel the need to eat at home!

Nothing else to do, let's shop: The area features varied shopping such as boutiques and shopping malls. St Augustine, just 30 minutes away has a major discount shopping mall which includes most major brands.
