Renovated town house in the Sawgrass Country Club just steps from ocean beach. The unit has a beautiful water to golf view and is located near the community pool. There is an open living / dining area with vaulted ceilings and sliding doors leading to a patio. The den, located off the dining area has a sofa bed and media center with surround sound. There is a powder room on the first floor off the entrance way. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor. Located near the home of the TPC (Tournament Players Club) Gold Tournament, which takes every year in May. The course is available to the public for a fee.
