Unique 3-bedroom house located on 1.2 acre compound directly on Lake Wequaket (second largest fresh water lake on Cape Cod with 9 miles of shoreline)in Centerville. Very private location at the end of a point. Deck built directly over the water. This 'deck' house has an open environment with a large modern kitchen, dining room and living room with sliding doors facing the Lake. Open joist ceilings and windows all around. The master bedroom with adjoining bath has a queen bed and separate access to the deck. Another bedroom with two twin beds (each with a trundle)can sleep two or four and also has separate deck access. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Positively unique property. The 70-foot compound dock supports sailing, kayaking, waterskiing, 'tubing' and swimming. Owner lives four houses away on same street. 73 miles from Boston, two miles from Craigville Beach, three miles from Hyannis and Hyannis airport.
