We also manage other smaller 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments to accommodate smaller groups of 6-7 or less. All apartments we manage are in this building. Apartments are located at 5225 Collins Avenue directly on the beach ocean front. Our apartments are on the 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 14th and 16th floors. Apartment 1419 includes a washer and dryer in the apartment. Many of our apartments have southern exposure with magnificent views of Ocean, beach, pools and Intercoastal and the Miami City Skyline ad we also have corner units facing North with excellent views of the entire intercoastal and Miami City. Located less than 2 miles from South Beach and minutes from the famous Fountainbleau and Eden Roc Resort Hotels and 10 minutes away to South Beach by cab or a 20 minute walk on the beach. We are also 2 miles from Bal Harbor Shops to the North.
1200 Sq Ft with additional 200 sq ft Terrace 1419 is fully furnished with 2 queens size beds in the master bedroom and 2 queens size beds in guest bedroom and 3rd bedroom has futon that can sleep two.
Guests get full use of all resort facilities including 2 magnificent pools, beach, fitness club, valet parking, concierge, hotel amenities such as famous Shula's Steakhouse and Restaurant, poolside grill and bar, valet cleaning, wireless internet (parking and internet may require additional fees depending upon your rate) and laundry, room service and houskeeping service and in-room massages are all available.

50% deposit required at time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days in advance. A damage security hold (not a charge) of $500 (depends on size of group and length of stay) against a credit card is required to assure that you leave apartment in as good a shape as when you check-in. Registration and cleanup fee ranges between $100 and $150 depending upon number of guests and which apartment you decide upon.

Spacious apartment with all amenities of a fine vacation resort. Terrific beach front property with all amenities of a Hotel vacation spot. Convenient to major attractions and shopping.
Being directly on the Oceanfront, walking onto the beach directly from the property and strolling onto the Miami Beach boardwalk which leads you right into South Beach. The Convention Center and Bal Harbour are so close and the inter coastal waterways watching the boats go by is so serene. Wathing the glistening water and the sunset off our balcony is truly our favorite.
