These unique modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are privately owned and is in a Condominium Hotel Resort

2 different apartments available fully furnished and newly decorated. 708 has 2 queens in master bedroom and 1 king size bed in guest bedroom. Suite 1003 has king in master bedroom with 2 full size in guest bedroom.

Renters get full use of all Hotel facilities including 2 magnificent pools, beach, fitness club, valet parking, hotel amenities such as room service and maid service.

The service and attention we give you is unparalleled as well as the incredible accommodations we are able to provide for you. Suite 1003 is a larger 1200 square foot suite with 20 foot balcony and 708 (new decor December 2012) is 960 sf with 10 ft balcony. Each have a full kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, well maintained and decorated with magnificent views of the ocean/beach, inter-coastal water canal, golf course and Miami city skyline. Rental includes use of all resort facilities, health club, 2 hot tub whirlpools, 2 heated pools with chaise lounges, umbrellas and towels with direct access to sandy private beach. Top of the Falls snack/dining/grill and bar at poolside, restaurant, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge and optional valet parking. Wi-Fi included. valet parking included in 7 nights or more.

Great Family Vacation in Miami Beach

My family had a great time at the Alexander in October 2012. Mark was always available to address all of our questions and concerns. His caretaker, Leslie, was great with our then 8 month old daughter. She even cleaned and did laundry for us as well. It really made the experience unique, being able to take a family vacation and take our daughter to the pool and beach etc, but also having the opportunity to go out at night as a couple, knowing that our daughter was in Leslie's capable hands. I already recommended this trip to my cousin who has 4 children. Her family was there in May 2013 and were thrilled with everything. Mark provides a highchair and Pack N Play with sheets so you don't have to worry about that. Other places do not provide that. One hotel I looked into wanted to charge an additional $50/night for a crib!

We had such a good time at the Alexander that we are planning to go back in December 2013. I think this might become an annual vacation for us! Thank you Mark and Leslie for making it possible for us to have this amazing family vacation in Miami!!!

Hi Mark,
Our stay at the condo was wonderful!
We went for spring break with our grandchildren. They enjoyed
everything about the apartment.
Especially the pool and the beach, being so close to the apartment
The boy's were able to fly kites and surf at the beach.
The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The apartment
being fully upgraded and kept in such outstanding condition really
made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend your
apartment to our friends and family. Thank you.

Great Stay in Miami!

The suite at the Alexander was really excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were 7 guests and we could have fit 2 others if needed. The kitchen had new appliances and was ready for use if needed. The suite's balcony was on the side of the Alexander but you could still see the ocean beautifully. The caretaker of the suite was available if I needed anything and seemed to be on the premises for most of my stay which was nice. I think the most convenient part of the stay was that we were able to use the amenities of the hotel i.e. towels, beach access, pool etc. There are two options to eat at the hotel which are Shula's and Top of The Falls grill. One is lunch/finger foods, the other is more fine dining where you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner so that was convenient as well. Cabs to Ocean Drive/South Beach cost about $10-$15 so it was extremely reasonable. We were able to have the privacy and peacefulness of a residence but close enough to the busier area where it was not inconvenient. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation spot!!

We had a great stay. It was a very beautiful and comfortable unit that was exactly as described and pictured. We had one small problem with a blind that was fixed imediately, even though it was a Saturday and I told them it was not an emergency! Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful beach and pool too! A couple things you might think about changing, heavier curtains on the bedroom doors would be nice for privacy and moving the tv over just a little closer to the livingroom area for better viewing. Little things that might make it an even better place to stay. Thanks for the great vacation!!
