This property is situated on 4 acres and is directly on VAST trail and kingdom trails. The house faces Burke Mountain and it is just 2 miles from the front door to the base lodge. Burke mountain boasts a diverse trail system with something to suit any ability of skier or snowboarder. Also, nearby is the cross country ski center. The house is also positioned nicely on the VAST trail. You simply cannot find a better jumping point on your snowmobile. The house is just 1/8th of a mile from the restaurants and the gas station in the village. The house is adjacent to a large park and the kingdom trails can be accessed from the backyard. House includes all utensils, linens, basic soaps, paper towels, and coffee.

Located in the heart of the North East Kingdom this house is situated 1/4 mile outside the East Burke village and 2 miles from Burke Mountain Ski area. The house is directly adjacent to the VAST trail and Kingdom Trails bike paths run through the woods in the backyard. Playground and picnic area is next door. We are close to local restaurants and 20 miles from St. Johnsbury. It is about a 20 minute drive to Willoughby lake. The village of East Burke hosts a number of restaurants. Annually there is a fall foliage festival, bike race up the mountain, Burke Mountain music festival, and numerous other activities. Positioned with a view of the mountain and close to all the action we think you'll find this home to be the perfect rental.
