Being that this was our first time renting a vacation property, we were honestly a little nervous about what we were getting into. But, I was pleasantly surprised on how well it went. I can not say enough good things about this house. We are a family of 5 and had more than enough room in this spacious home. The house looks exactly like the pictures, if not, better! It was super clean, beds were comfortable, pool was a huge hit--heated just right..has a safety fence too, property was very well maintained, and ample amount of towels (and nice ones at that!). The location is close to everything, just minutes to Disney, Universal, Sea World, ect. We really have no complaints. The owners were easy to contact and to do business with prior to our stay. They give you numbers to a property management company to contact during your stay, but I can't tell say how easy it was to get a hold of them because we didn't have one issue during our week long trip. We would definitely stay here again!
