This lovely Catch and Release Cottage is located on 3 wooded acres in a 24/7 gated community. It has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, a loft and 2 newly renovated bathrooms. There is a dramatic vaulted rock fireplace wall with 32' Flat Screen TV with surround sound. The creek runs under the house that feeds a large fishing pond in the front yard. The pond has a fountain that automatically turns on at 10:00 am for your morning coffee and turns off at 6:00 pm. This is the most peaceful vacation home you will ever visit. It is tucked amongst the trees and early in the morning wild turkeys come to drink at the edge of the pond. If you want, bring a bag of corn with you to feed them. The home is owned by an interior designer who has restored the property. There are new kitchen floors, slate counter tops and all new appliances, new downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, new carpet in the living-dining and downstairs bedroom, a new washer-dryer and screened in patio with hot tub.
