Promenade Place Luxury Furnished Apartments are located on Portland's Famous 36 acre Eastern Promenade with spectacular views of Casco Bay. This property comprises 8 similar apartments, each uniquely decorated with either custom maple cabinets for a lighter airy feel or cherry cabinets providing a richer warmer atmosphere. Each apartment has 1 large bedroom with either a QUEEN or KING size bed, PLUS A SECOND BEDROOM/OFFICE. The extra room is furnished with one of the following, a twin bed, a sleep sofa, or a trundle bed and desk. as an office or as a bedroom (twin bed, full bed, sofa bed or trundle). There are OCEAN VIEWS from each apartment, some better than others, Nonetheless, when you step outside it's the breathtaking panoramic views that make this Portland's premier vacation rental spot. Only 5.5 miles from the airport, and 1 mile to Portland's OLD PORT and downtown area.

Comfortably accommodates up to 4 (2 adults/2 children OR 3 adults maximum). Includes off-street parking for one mid-sized vehicle.

Surrounding Area: At the northeastern end of Portland's peninsula, Munjoy Hill overlooks the downtown and harbor to the south, Casco Bay and its islands to the east and north, and shallow Back Cove to the west. Though less than 1 MILE from the heart of downtown Portland and Interstate Highway 295, Munjoy Hill is relatively free of traffic. While densely settled, it is almost exclusively residential and due to the shape of the peninsula it is isolated from the major commuter routes. The Eastern Promenade rings the neighborhood and offers panoramic views of these features, as well as two lighthouses. The park has amazing ocean vistas wrapping from the sunset view at the Loring memorial along the shore for over a mile to a sunrise view over the Calendar Islands of Casco Bay and Portland Headlight, and ending at Fort Allen Park with a full sweep of Portland Harbor.
