Convenient location in the center of the city in the one of the most sought after and prestigious areas of the capital of the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo). This average size apt has the convenience of covered parking, 24 hours security, elevator, cable tv, emergency power plant, etc. Steps from main supermarkes, gas stations, department stores and a short taxi ride to the best restaurants, malls, convention centers, hotel-casinos, clubs and attractions. A 15 minute drive will take you to the historical part of the city, with Columbus' son (Diego) original house, the first cathedral of America, and a multitude of points of interest and history as well as outdoor cafes, museums and streets where the first Spaniards settled after discovering America. A 35 to 45 minute ride (depending on traffic hour) will take you to the airport and beaches. So whether you are going on business, or pleasure, you will be located in a cozy tranquil condo with access to everything.

There is no better place to stay. Very nice, well located and comfortable apartment. Very secure neighborhood.
I will recomend if you want a pleasant and nice vacations.

First, i must say that the owner goes out of her way to try to make your stay very comfortable. She is friendly and nice. She is also easy to talk too. The apartment is nice. The owner will try her best to make you happy. My only concern is security of your vehicle. There needs to be a guard to watch your vehicle. I had a minor accident with my vehicle. And i must say that it can happen anywhere. In addition, the owner paid for half the cost. Be certain to close the windows to prevent the noise in the morning. The apartment is in the city and you will hear beeping of cars. If you are a light sleeper, then close the windows. The room has a fan and air condition so everything will be okay. I had no major problems other than the car incident. I knew the owner was generally nice and willing to go the extra mile. A friendly owner and a clean, "home-like" appeal, sounds like a winner to me.
I recommend the apartment to anyone visiting the DR. The owner is great. And the apartment is clean and well maintained. Thanks.

Did tell the next guest to ask the concierge to keep an eye on his car and there were no incidents. I live in Miami and in the parking lot sometimes there are incidents,so like you said, it can happen anywhere.
The air conditioner always take care of the noise outside but you like the windows open.
You were an excellent guest and are welcome to come back anytime.
