Our unit has a master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. It features a third floor private balcony with a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the Gulf of Mexico! You will enjoy sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean.

When you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there! Stroll across the access road for a relaxing day at the beach. You are only steps away from the sparkling surf.

The complex features a heated swimming pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a hot tub, and showers for a sand-free retreat. To end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around the picnic tables and charcoal grills for a cook-out! Nice condo, exactly as portrayed on VRBO site. Clean, plenty of bedding. The bed is firm, but for my son it was perfect. The location couldn't get any better, ocean view and great beach across the road, outlet shopping and dining galore within minutes. Swimming pool was clean. we slept, ate in, watched DVDs, went to 3 movies, shopped, did the beach . Nice technology throughout (IPODs speakers) No hassle with check in or check out. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely come back again. No need to contact owner, we handled the prelimimary process all by email.

Had a wonderful vacation thanks to the Chico's. The new tile flooring looks great in the condo!! There's a beautiful view from the balcony and you're literally right across the street from the beach. Pampano Joe's is EXCELLENT and just a few minutes walk away. It's easy to tell that the Chico's put a lot of thought into making sure their guests are comfortable during their stay-plenty of towels, sheets, etc. They even have beach essentials there for you; chairs, an umbrella, toys and even a couple sundresses. We did not want to leave and hope to stay in the condo again VERY soon!! Worth every penny!

Like a home away from home with a beach view! From Disney movies, to cooking utensils, to beach toys, chairs, and mats, this place had it all. We were very happy with our stay and can't wait to go back.

This condo was very clean and well maintained. It was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Very short walk from beach and great view. Excellent condo for the money. The only negative thing I can say about the condo is the bed is very hard if you are not used to a firm mattress. Overall a great place!
