The Bella Vista House is a charming vacation home for all seasons. It is conveniently located on 16 acres that are the Villa Vosilla Hotel in Tannersville, NY. It is available all year round for days, weekends, months or seasons and with or without the Hotels amenities depending on individual needs and availability, including meal packages at the hotel’s fine restaurant if desired. There is access to a large 30 ft. long, heated, indoor pool with a whirlpool jacuzzi and an even larger outdoor pool with kiddie pool next to it. Bocce courts, shuffleboard, volleyball, horseshoes, ping-pong, pool table and game room are also on site. Set high atop the Catskill Mountains, the temperature is always 8 degrees cooler, humidity dryer and air quality noticeably better than surrounding lowland areas. The house has a brand new furnace with baseboard heating and the bedrooms have individual air conditioners for hot summer days and nights if needed however most summer nights you’ll need a blanket.

Winter: Skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, paintball at Hunter Mt. less than a 5 min. drive and Windham about 20 min. Summer: Swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, horse back riding on trails to North/ South Lake and Kaaterskill Falls, the longest cascading waterfall in NY State at 300 feet. Hunter Mt. Festivals include Rock’n Roll, Native American, Celtic, German, Wine & Microbrew. Fall: Autumn foliage in the mountains is spectacular! Hunting for turkey, deer, bear, pheasant etc. Octoberfest at Hunter Mt. is free. Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Saratoga Race Track or Albany and the State Capitol District from 1 to 11/2 hour drive away. And more!
