This home is located just 40 minutes from Guatemala City, 20 minutes from historic Antigua, and an hour and a half from spectacular Lake Atitlan. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a private vacation in this turn-key gem surrounded by lush pine forests and local farms. Ground floor features fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, a laundry room with washer/dryer, open living/dining area with full entertainment system and TV, and even separate jacuzzi room for relaxation at the end of a long day of exploring. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths located upstairs with private balconies overlooking serene mountains. Price includes all utilities. Maid and chauffeur service with car is optional.
