Enjoy our large and beautiful custom built luxury home on the water and walking distance to the beach in the center of the Keys. We have four bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a trundle bed (2 beds), one with a queen sized bed and a futon and one with a queen sized bed. There is one living room, one family room, a large island kitchen with an adjoining dining table and stools for bar level eating. It's a very large home with marble floors throughout, fireplace, elevator, pool, Jacuzzi and a playroom.

New Luxury Home located on beautiful Sombrero Beach. Amenities in the surrounding area include fabulous fishing, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, golfing, tennis, bicycles, shopping and plenty of waterfront dining. Beach amenities include volleyball, playground for children, barbeque's, picnic tables and picturesque views of sandy beaches and breath taking sunsets. For additional entertainment, Key West is a nice coastal drive away for plenty of nightlife, famous '7 Mile Bridge' is 2 miles South or Swim with the Dolphins. If you are in the mood to exercise, there is 4 mile bike/running path just steps from the home and a treadmill in the house.
