This newly constructed home sits in the middle of the jungle in one of the few gated communities of Manuel Antonio. The elegant decor allows you to relax on your vacation with a feeling of 5 star luxury. Modern amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet, 36 speakers with Ipod access, flat screen TVs, and much more. Guests can relax around the large pool or on the wrap around porch as the waterfall is background to many of the sounds of nature. The house has 3 levels with the 2nd level being the main floor, a beautifully decorated family room, full kitchen and bar. There is a guest house that opens to the pool area and has a king size bed and a jacuzzi style tub. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, each with a full bath. The master suite overlooks the pool and has a spectacular view. It is complete with a 42 inch TV, king size bed, and jacuzzi style tub. The lower level is a large game room with ping pong, 60 inch TV, queen size daybed, and full bath.

The house is decorated with Balinese style furnishings as well as some artistic touches like the wall to ceiling mural in the stairwell. The master suite has a private balcony and a bathroom with a stone shower and jetted tub. Every bathroom has beautiful stone tiles and granite counter tops. An open design in the kitchen includes a large counter/bar area for alternative dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, ice maker, dishwasher, dual oven, and a wine cooler. The large sliding glass teak doors welcome the breezes from the Pacific Ocean as well as wildlife viewings. There are 36 speakers throughout the house with Ipod docks so you can enjoy tour own music in any room. The pool area includes a gazebo with gas grill and plenty of lounging areas. There is an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing from a day at the lovely beaches of Manuel Antonio.

Manuel Antonio is a beautiful area and this house has everything you need to complete a perfect vacation. The lush rain forest is filled with wildlife and the monkeys travel through our property often. There are sightings of toucans, sloths, iguanas, and many beautiful butterflies.
