The house is furnished in a beachy comfortable upscale style, and is spacious and comfortable. The private boardwalk to the beach is just a few feet away, a beach access road and trolley stop are just around the corner. Lounge on the deck furniture and enjoy the balmy breezes and sounds of the sea. Both decks have gates at the steps, providing a secure area for small children or pets. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. The festival is located right across the boardwalk on the beach. We have special rates for Winter Texans and Snowbirds. This home has a large fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feed your family in style.

The two dining room tables seat 10 and there is a breakfast bar that seats three. The deck table and chairs seat four to six.The living room has two large sofas. Computer and wireless network for Internet access.You can connect your laptop to the in-house wireless system. There is a VCR, DVD player, and CD player in the living area with Cable TV. All the bedrooms have Cable TV and a TV and VCR. There are two queen beds in one bedroom, and one queen bed in another bedroom downstairs. Upstairs the 37-foot-long bedroom with Bathroom has four twin beds and one queen bed. Be sure to bring a basketball as there is a hoop on the front of the house. Plenty of covered parking, and an outdoor shower and hose to wash off the sand.There is a Playhouse and sand toys for the kids. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request. Corpus Christi Airport is minutes away. San Antonio is less than 3 hours
